Retail Warranty

Echobrook Nursery guarantees all of our trees and shrubs to be true to name and variety and healthy condition when they leave our nursery. All claims to the contrary must be made within seven (7) days of receipt. A merchandise credit for the purchase price or a replacement will be given at the discretion of Echobrook Nursery.

Trees and Shrubs Purchased at Echobrook Nursery are further guaranteed for One Year from the date of purchase or installation. They will be replaced once, or a merchandise credit for purchase price will be issued once, if:

You have a printed receipt! No replacement or credit will be issued without a printed receipt.
Trees and shrubs purchased on sale greater then twenty percent (20%) discount are final sales.
They fail completely.
They are planted in a timely fashion (must be stored in shade and watered daily prior to planting).
A tarpaulin or closed truck was used for protection of trees or shrubs during transport.
They are planted according to our Planting Guidelines (Refer to our Planting Instructions).
They are watered according to our recommendations.

If your Trees and Shrubs Were delivered or Installed by Echobrook Nursery:
They will be delivered or installed at no charge Once Within One Year if they were purchased at retail price. You may incur additional delivery or installation costs if your choice of replacement or purchase with a merchandise credit is substantially larger than the original trees or shrubs and requires additional equipment or labor to install or deliver.

Plant Warranty Does Not Cover:
Herbaceous perennials, roses, sod, annuals, vegetables, houseplants, live Christmas trees, Tsuga Canadensis (Hemlock), Betula varieties (Birches), and Cercis Canadensis (Redbud)
Plants planted in conditions such as window boxes, planters, etc.
Plants damaged by insects, diseases, or animals.
Plants that do not flower
Plants damaged by conditions beyond our control such as improper planting, insufficient care, extreme weather, fire, accidents, etc.
Plants that are transplant on-site by Echobrook Nursery
Plants that are subject to under-watering, over-watering, overly wet ground conditions: adverse soil conditions, over-fertilizing, over pruning, or other injuries incurred by homeowner or third party services.
Plants that have suffered in appearance but are capable of recovering with proper care (Consult our Horticulturists).
